During the meeting, the sides reached an agreement to establish cooperation across several strategic areas in football. In particular:

Cooperation in Coaching and Football Methodology This includes coach exchanges, modern training methodologies, sports science, physical conditioning, and the practical implementation of advanced football technologies.

Partnership in Marketing and Branding Joint efforts will focus on strengthening the international image of both clubs, developing marketing strategies, expanding commercial opportunities, and implementing modern football management practices.

Development of Academies and Youth Players The parties agreed to exchange experience between their academies, launch youth player development programs, improve coaching methodologies, and organize youth tournaments.

Furthermore, based on the agreement, discussions were held regarding sending "Neftchi's" promising young players to the Japanese club on loan to gain experience, as well as developing mechanisms for their subsequent transfer to European clubs while retaining transfer rights.

Proposals were also put forward to send coaches from the "Neftchi" Football Academy to Japan for professional development and training camps, as well as organizing study visits to develop the club's marketing system and modernize its infrastructure. The Japanese side positively evaluated these initiatives and expressed readiness to provide practical support.

During the dialogue, Kazuhiro UEO also brought forward a proposal regarding the possibility of purchasing club shares as an investment partnership to boost "Neftchi's" development. The parties agreed to further elaborate on these directions through future practical meetings and visits to Japan.
