Juan Cruz Gill joins "Neftchi" coaching staff!

Experienced specialist and representative of the Argentine football school, Juan Cruz Gill, has officially joined the coaching staff of "Neftchi" FC. He will serve as an assistant to the head coach, Islombek Ismailov. Gill will closely support the head coach in managing training sessions, tactical preparation, individual player development, and analytical operations.

During his playing career, the 42-year-old Argentine specialist suited up for various clubs across Argentina, Chile, Cyprus, Venezuela, and Malta. Having gained extensive experience as a defender, Juan Cruz Gill enjoyed a highly successful spell with Valletta FC, one of Malta's most prominent clubs, where he claimed multiple trophies. After hanging up his boots, he transitioned into coaching, continuing his professional journey as an assistant manager.

Holding both CONMEBOL PRO and UEFA A licenses, Juan Cruz Gill is a highly qualified expert in modern football methodologies, tactical analysis, and training session design. In recent years, he has been actively involved in South American football, serving on the coaching staff of several professional clubs.
