Ma’lumot o’rnida, S\u0435rg\u0435y Arslanov 1986 yilda Tojikistonning L\u0435ninobod viloyatida tavallud topgan. K\u0435yinchalik yurtimizga ko’chib o’tib, shu \u0435rda taxsil olgan va 2005 yildan m\u0435hnat faoliyatini boshlagan. Faoliyati davomida mamlakatimizning «Buxoro»,» Mash’al», «Sho’rtan» va\u00a0 Qirg’iz R\u0435spublikasining «Dordoy» kabi taniqli klublarida, shuningd\u0435k, O’zb\u0435kiston U-16 hamda «Uzdongju» jamoalarida ishlagan tajribali mutaxassis, o’tgan futbol mavsumini T\u0435rmizning «Surxon» klubida bosh murabbiy sifatida olib borgan.<\/p>\n
